Five young girls from Yavat village walks everyday to Bhaktivedanta Vaishnavi Gurukula in Nandgaon to attend classes. These new students are very enthusiastic to learn and study with other girls in Nandgaon. When an old villager from Yavat heard about the free girl’s gurukul in Nandgaon, he approached our school principal, Kalavati mataji and expressed his desire to bring the girls in their village to study and learn in BVG. Due to limited resources and facility, we could only accommodate few students for this school year. Hopefully in the future we can bring more girls from different nearby villages.
